Magma Island is an island in Survival 303.
Overview[]
Magma island is a large, stone based island with a spacious cave within. There is a plentiful amount of glowfruit hanging from the ceiling and various ores. By the main entrance to the cave is a grassy area with trees and bushes, which may occasionally contain a Yew Tree, depending on the server. On the top of the island is an expansive snowy plateau, along with a well-sheltered grassy pit. There is multiple pools of lava scattered around the cave, which give the island its name.
Survival Tips[]
Magma is often prized as an island for people who just want to be left alone, or to be used as a strategic fort. Either way, to start surviving here it is a necessity to bring composts with wheat, berries, coconuts/and or apples to get you some food, a good supply of wood, as well as many lightposts to light the area up. Make multiple wells, as there is no natural water sources here; except a minimal amount berries found in the grassy depression on the top of the island, that could be used as a last resort if needed. Consider blocking off entryways to keep everyone, and everything, out of your new cave metropolis. Since there is water inside of the cave, you can also fish for food. It is also possible to construct a base on the top of the island, where the grassy divot is located, which is relatively secluded.
