Young Cheese is a food item in Survival 303.
Overview
Young Cheese is simply cooked milk. You get milk from milking cows with a crude milking pail/milking pail. In order to create Young Cheese, just put drag milk onto a burning object. Since young cheese only gives you 1 hunger point and 5 thirst points, you probably want to get better cheese. To mature Cheese, use an iron cheese bin on young cheese, creating Mozzarella after some time. Mozzarella is a very good but very rare food to get, making it a valuable trade item.
